Please allow up to 2 weeks for shipping, or longer in busy periods. I endeavour to keep all customers updated as frequently as possible! You should receive tracking emails from Shopify.

Customs charges are included in shipping costs for US customers only. For any other countries, JBM is not responsible for any import charges. If you have any questions about this, you can reach out to me!
